Force Foundation
Our Mission:
As leaders in the sports community, it is our belief that our community’s assets and opportunities should be accessible to all youth regardless of their family’s economic situation. Our goal is to serve the surrounding local communities and work with families to make sure that every child has the opportunity to play at the highest level possible.
Our History:
The Force Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The foundation has been working with local clubs through youth and coach training, uniform assistance, and other scholarship opportunities. These opportunities are made possible through partnerships with local sponsors and revenue generated by our Olympic Force Soccer Club.
Olympic Sports Center started the FORCE program, which includes Olympic Force soccer teams, Force Development Academy, and the Rising Force youth soccer training.
The Olympic Force men’s and women’s semi-pro indoor teams play in the Western Indoor Soccer League and have a national championship appearance, 1 league championship and 3 finals appearances since 2014. These indoor Semi-Pro Force games host a minimum live audience of over 300 people per match and reach thousands on social media in the local market.
The Olympic Force has also previously fielded both men’s and women’s outdoor teams, which plan to return to play in the EPLWA in the summer of 2026.
Our Force Development Program and Rising Force Academy have seen hundreds of kids participate, setting them up with the knowledge and skills needed to be confident participants in the soccer ecosystem.
Alongside the Force Programs, we have assisted/supported through training, coaching, uniform assistance or monetary donations and fundraisers: Kitsap Alliance FC, Tracyton Soccer Club, Harbor Soccer Club, South Kitsap Soccer Club, Bremerton Soccer Club, North Kitsap Soccer Club, Kitsap Humane Society, local Naval Family Readiness Groups, Wounded Warrior Project, Breast Cancer Awareness, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and Kitsap Military Group, among others.
Vision for the Future:
We would like to expand our current programs to better benefit the community through support of all our local players – from the young ones just trying to get a feel for the joy of the sport to the experienced players competing at the highest levels of the game.
Above all, we would like to facilitate meaningful relationships between our youth and our semi-pro players and coaches in order to provide exceptional role models and mentors. We believe this will enable our young players to develop the passion and determination required to fully experience the greatest possible enjoyment of the sport for the rest of their lives.
