First Ever Force Coach Returns For Outdoor

Steve Cashmore was the first Olympic Force Coach to hold that title.  He was signed in the late fall of 2014 to lead the Men's Indoor Force Team in it's first season.  The result, an epic season finishing with a PASL NW Division Title and a spot at Nationals in Dallas.

Fast forward to now, and "Cash" is setting himself up to remain one of the most successful Force coaches for a long time to come.  Adding to his first season of accomplishments, he has taken the men's indoor team to back to back finals appearances and has successfully begun to integrate the younger players into his squad.

Last summer Cash took on the challenge of the Men's EPLWA squad.  It was a strong team with a lot of hopes for the season.  The first half of the season saw some very difficult results where the team on the field would dominate play and opportunities and just not end up with the result they were looking for.

This season hopes to be different for the Force.  With renewed vigor in his players to right what was wrong last season, we are happy to welcome back, our coach, Steve Cashmore, for another outdoor season.

"There are major differences between the two squads, something that wasn't readily apparent at the beginning of the season last year.  We have dedicated to fixing these issues and Cash is a big part of that especially since he is the only one that truly can differentiate between the two being that he has coached both.  There is a lot of excitement with our club both internally and in the surrounding communities and having Cash as the head of the men's side is a no-brainer for us.  He is able to lead the older players and command their respect and at the same time able to build the younger players that are breaking into the squad.  It really is a win-win for everyone." - Micah McMonagle, GM
